1.Return & Refund Policy

(1) Defective Items

If the item you received has a verifiable issue (for example: workmanship or material defects, wrong item sent, or a clear mismatch with the order information you confirmed), please contact us within 48 hours after delivery (to ensure timely handling). We will assist you as soon as possible. Please email: info@pawvow.com.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos and/or videos

  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will provide an appropriate solution (which may include):

  • Remake & reship

  • Repair (if feasible and mutually agreed)

  • Refund when necessary (full or partial)

Return authorization is required. Please do not send items back on your own. After we confirm your return request, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping, and any possible duties/taxes/customs clearance fees: borne by the seller.

Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected, to the original payment method. Refunds are usually completed within 5–10 business days (the actual time to receive funds may vary by bank/payment provider).

(2) Non-Defective Items

Within 10 days from the delivery date (based on the carrier’s delivery date shown on tracking), items may be returned for any reason (for example: wrong size, not as expected, etc.). Returns are accepted only if all items meet the return conditions:

  • New items only: unused / unworn / unwashed

  • No stains, no odors, no damage, no heavy pet-hair buildup, and no signs of use

  • Packaging and accessories are complete

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

For custom sizing, custom patterns, and/or personalized information, due to their exclusive nature, no refunds or exchanges are allowed under any circumstances for non-defective items. If there is a verifiable issue (defect / wrong item / not as ordered), please refer to the “Defective Items” terms.

3.Exchange Policy 

Within 10 days from the delivery date (based on the carrier’s delivery date shown on tracking), we accept exchanges, subject to the following conditions and inspection:

  • Unused / unworn / unwashed

  • No stains, no odors, no heavy pet-hair buildup, no damage, and no signs of use

  • Packaging and accessories are complete

  • The exchange process begins only after we receive the returned item and it passes inspection

Exchange authorization is required. Please do not send items back on your own. After we confirm your exchange request, we will provide exchange instructions and the return address. Please email: info@pawvow.com.

Exchange fees & price-difference rules (buyer-reason exchanges, including incorrect measurements/selection, wrong style chosen, preference reasons, etc.):

  • Return shipping, reshipping, and any possible duties/taxes/customs clearance fees: borne by the buyer

  • If the replacement item is higher-priced: the price difference must be paid before we start remaking/replacing

  • If the replacement item is lower-priced: no refund of the difference, and no store credit/balance compensation
