Yes. You can personalize your piece directly in our online editor. Start with one of our designs or a blank canvas, then add text, choose artwork from our library, and adjust colors, size and placement.

Can I customize the design myself?
Can I upload my own photo or image?
Not at the moment. Our editor currently uses artwork, icons and design elements from the Pawvow library. Direct photo or image uploads are not yet supported.
Can I customize both sides and preview my design?
Many Pawvow pieces support front and back customization. You can switch between the Front side and Back side in the editor and review your design before ordering. Supported products also include a 3D preview, so you can see your piece from different angles before checkout.
Will the finished piece look exactly like the preview?
We make your piece based on the final design you submit. Small differences in screen color, lighting, material finish, printing or engraving may occur.
What materials do you offer?
Our collection currently includes acrylic, stainless steel and 925 sterling silver. Available materials, sizes and finishes vary by product.
How thick are the acrylic pieces?
Our acrylic pieces are approximately 2.5 mm thick, keeping them lightweight and easy to use every day.
Your acrylic piece may arrive with a thin protective film on the clear surface. If so, gently peel it away from the edge before use for a clearer finish and more vivid print.
Does my piece come with an attachment?
It depends on the product. Some pieces include a metal ring, chain, cord or another attachment. Please check the individual product page for details.
How long will my order take?
Because our pieces are made to order, processing usually takes 3–5 business days before shipment.
After your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–8 business days
- United Kingdom: 3–6 business days

How much is shipping?
United States: $4.99 shipping, or free on orders $39+.
United Kingdom: £3.99 shipping, or free on orders £30+.

Can I change my design or shipping address after ordering?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not started, we’ll do our best to help. Once your order enters production or ships, changes may no longer be possible.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us with your order details and clear photos of the item. If there is a production error or shipping damage, our support team will review it and help with the next steps.
Can I return a personalized order?
If you would like to request a return, please contact us within 10 days of delivery before sending anything back.
