Can I customize the pet tag myself?

Yes. You can design your pet tag directly on our online editor. You can choose the tag shape, add your pet’s name, select icons or line drawings, adjust the position, resize elements, and choose text or outline colors.

What information should I put on my pet’s ID tag?

Most customers add their pet’s name on the front and a phone number on the back. You can also add short messages like “Call My Mom,” “I’m Lost,” or “Please Return Me” to help your pet get home safely.

Can I engrave both sides of the tag?

Yes. Our custom pet tags support front and back customization, so you can create a fun design on the front and add important contact information on the back.

Will the design look exactly like my preview?

We will create your tag based on the design you submit. Please carefully check the text, spelling, phone number, layout, and position before placing your order, as custom items are made according to your final design.

Is the pet tag suitable for cats and dogs?

Yes. Our pet tags are designed for both dogs and cats. Please choose a size and shape that suits your pet’s collar, comfort, and daily activity level.

How long does delivery take, and how much will it cost?

• Processing time (made-to-order): 3–5 business days
• Standard shipping: 5–8 business days

Does the tag come with a ring or attachment?

Yes. Each pet tag comes with a small attachment ring so you can connect it to your pet’s collar. You may also pair it with other compatible collar accessories if needed.

Can I change the shipping address after placing the order?

Yes. If your order has not entered production yet, we can help update the shipping address. Once production has started or the order has shipped, we’re unable to change the address.

If I change my mind and decide not to purchase PawVow products, what is your Return & Refund Policy?

If you change your mind, we accept return requests within 10 days of delivery. Please email info@pawvow.com first to obtain return authorization. For full details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

What should I check before checkout?

Please check your pet’s name, phone number, spelling, icon placement, color selection, and front/back design carefully. Your order will be made based on the final design you submit.
