How does the design process work?
Can I upload my own photo?
Not yet. You can choose from our growing library of artwork and backgrounds, add text or draw by hand. We're also working towards supporting photo uploads in the future.
How long does production and delivery take?
Each piece is made to order, usually within 3–5 working days. UK delivery then takes approximately 3–6 working days after dispatch, with tracking provided.
Do you offer free UK delivery?
Yes! Enjoy free UK delivery on orders of £30 or more. Standard delivery is £3.99 for orders under £30.
What if there is a quality issue?
If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us at info@pawvow.com with your order number and photos. We'll review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, repair or refund.
Can I return a personalised item?
Personalised items cannot be returned simply because you've changed your mind. If your item is faulty or not as ordered, we'll help put things right. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
